Eva has a bachelor’s degree LLB in law from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Digital Marketing from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. 
Eva has 15 years’ experience in Project Management, Public Relations and Large Scale Events Management. In particular, for The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) where she organised the Shangri La Dialogue in line with a number of government agencies. She speaks fluent English, Malay & Bahasa Indonesian.

Shane has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Management & Engineering from RWTH Aachen University Business School in Germany in collaboration with Cambridge Judge Business School, UK.
He has 15 years’ experience across sectors including transport, buildings, pharmaceutical clean rooms, oil & gas, power generation and data centres.  He is an Irish citizen and a Singapore Permanent Resident.

Seán O hÉireamhón

Director

Patrick has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) in China and an MSc in Project Management from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.He has 18 years’ experience across sectors including buildings, transport, oil & gas, power generation and renewables.He is a Chinese citizen and a Singapore Permanent Resident. He speaks fluent Mandarin & English.

Melvin Zou

China Lead

Nick has a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Moratuwa in Sri Lanka and an MSc degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK. He has 17 years’ experience and has specialised in Metro and large-scale underground infrastructure projects. 
More recently, Nick has been authoring a number of technical papers on the use of artificial intelligence within tunnelling infrastructure projects to improve efficiency, save cost & time.  He speaks fluent English, Sinhala and Tamil.
